They will be able to see all the skills you have listed and they can mark the skills they have observed you are proficient at. It is recommended to have atleast 2+ references which in turn also increases your profile’s match score with jobs aside from boosting your visibility to employers.
- Experience verification
- This verifier must come from someone who is currently employed at any of your previous or current workplaces. If you are reluctant to share with colleagues that you are looking for work, you can verify your own experience as long as you still have access to that work email.
